好了你各位應該從昨天晚上就有看到白宮要出行政命令整頓高運費的市場風聲。
該行政命令已經出爐啦
以下節錄的部分是運輸章節中，針對海運的命令內容：
海運：全球的海運市場已經快速的整併。2000年的時候，最大的十間海運公司有12%市佔
率。今日，則是超過80%，導致國內的製造業者在出口時需要仰這些外國公司的鼻息。這
也讓強大的貨櫃運輸業者，在貨櫃裝船和移除的等待期間，向出口業者收取高昂的等待費
用。這些費用，被稱為貨櫃延滯費(demurrage)與貨櫃留滯費(detention) 可以被增加到
成千上萬美元。

於此行政命令中，總統：

鼓勵聯邦海事委員會，確保向美國出口業者收取高昂費用的托運人，有力的執法。

Shipping: In maritime shipping, the global marketplace has rapidly
consolidated. In 2000, the largest 10 shipping companies controlled 12% of
the market. Today, it is more than 80%, leaving domestic manufacturers who
need to export goods at these large foreign companies’ mercy. This has let
powerful container shippers charge exporters exorbitant fees for time their
freight was sitting waiting to be loaded or unloaded. These fees, called “
detention and demurrage charges,” can add up to hundreds of thousands of
dollars.

In the Order, the President:

Encourages the Federal Maritime Commission to ensure vigorous enforcement
against shippers charging American exporters exorbitant charges.

結論：我認為這個對於運價影響不大，因為美國並非以出口為主的國家，而且從各大航線
的運價就可以看出，都是往美國去的航線很貴，從美國出發的航線很便宜，看來今天三雄
是被錯殺了喔
